Project Meeting 18.09.2019 |
Our Project Meeting (18.09.2019) started with a skype call with our team members in Salo.
We divided into groups to come up with possible survey questions and research methods. We also talked about starting a Twitter account to start our blog. The roles assigned where the following: • David is the secretary in Salo • Sümeyye is the secretary in Turku In the following Taru gave us a presentation about what we are going to expect during this project and what kind of experience we will gain. From this lecture we gathered the following points we will master after our project: • Ability to solve problems in teams/ skill improvement • Providing something new • Gathering different ideas due to our different backgrounds • Improving your presentation skills • Scheduling plans and meetings We had a group activity to research different methods of conducting a survey to then present them to the other groups and also think about the questions that we would like to add to the survey. We had to upload them to Google Forms so everyone could have access. After a discussion between the team members in Salo and Turku, we decided to gather the most important survey questions into one google forms document and proceeded to contact the customer at Lounea CUSTOMER wants us to survey the students using the student e-mail. Check if it is possible! Louis presented to our customer the questions gathered in Google Forms
Customer proceeded on giving feedback about the questions gathered:
He mentioned that some of the questions are not necessary since they know them already (age, gender, etc.) à what are you willing to pay? Also, we should ask their existing customers if they know something about the brands Lounea has Also, customer asked when we will start with the project so he can provide us with the contact from the existing customers He asked if we are confident about the objective of the project as a conclusion He asked us to share a skype link so his marketing team has a date Louis shares the link with the customer We ended the call To finish the session, we shared our experiences on what we did well and what we should change for next session The feedback was positive from both parties (Salo and Turku) -David&Sümeyye |
