Report 02.10. Project hatchery

For our meeting on the 2nd of October, everyone (Salo and Turku group) gathered in Lemminkäisenkatu for discussing the project plan.
The session started with Louis giving a brief introduction about last week’s meeting, and then proceeded with David talking about the Project Plan documents that the Salo team worked on last week à why? What? When? How? How much?

Together we discussed the content for our project plan.

We divided the group into 3 different teams to work on different tasks about the Project Plan. Students in Salo worked on the Project Organization and Implementation

After the 3 teams were done with their part, we read out the content and made some changes where it was necessary.

Ana proceeded with the schedule, and mentioned the deadlines for personal reports and project plan. It is important to upload it by this Sunday!

After the groups revised the project plan, we called our client. This time we had a marketing manager joining us.
First, we informed them about our current status and set a deadline for the submission of the survey. By the end of November, we will present our finished questionnaire.

Another point we have to think about is how many customers we want to reach with our survey. Rikki has recommended that we should have a range of 500-1000 customers to achieve the most effective feedback.
Another idea was to extend the face to face survey by interviewing students in our university as well.
We were also asked after our survey to take time for a conclusion and analyse the results.
